JCPenney needed a fresh approach to drive traffic during the holiday season

The Answer
We used Facebook to seed the idea of visiting Santa at the North Pole versus waiting for him to come to you. We then set up real world portals at JCPenney's across the country with crowd sourced gamified virtual reality trips, which delighted and drove store traffic.
